Original Flat Silk is high-quality thread made in Kurenai-kai (Japanese Embroidery headquarter), Japan. Hoping to produce silk threads with brighter, softer luster, the silk making started in Kurenai-kai several years ago.

When we spin the thread, we use very little friction and soft tension in order to create thread that has gloss and elasticity.

It is our earnest wish to provide high-quality silk thread to the Nuido community.
